Island Catering was founded in 2003, by Chef Luis Fuentes, on the island of Maui. Our mission is to bring a fine dining experience to you (or your event); whether for a host or a director, we feel that your event should be unique; a reflection of you and/or your organization. Our menus are customized to perfectly match the food to the occasion. We are committed to working with local providers to be able to provide the freshest, highest quality cuisine, prepared with organic produce and natural raised animals. We believe every event should be unforgettable – not just for your guests, but for you.
Island Catering also provides customized cuisine for our many recognized clients that we are proud to have been working with for years; Trilogy Excursions, Eco – Adventure, Maui Adventure, and Safari.
Chef Luis’s passion can be experienced in his wonderful culinary creations, where Pacific Rim cuisine infuses with Hawaiian flavors, all while utilizing the freshest ingredients of the islands. He excels at creating new food concepts, from a simple lunch to an extraordinary culinary experience, where food becomes art.
